Tea for Two !!  Lean to bake traditional scones, breads and cakes and take them on a picnic while visiting the many sites.  Enjoy the wonderful vegetables growing in our garden and rise up early to collect the free range eggs for breakfast.  Take a nature walk on !Spirit of Tree! by our very own published author Oak and listen to fireside songs and stories of trees at dusk.

Take a wander to the village of Slane and see the site where St. Patrick lit the Pascal fire and call into Poet Francis Ledwidge's home and read his wonderful poetry and learn of his life story.  Travel a bit further and you can visit Battle of Boyne site and learn the history of one of Europe's largest battles.  Enjoy food on offer in our local restaurants and round off the night with traditional Irish music in Boyles pub.

A guided tour of Slane Castle can be arranged and maybe the Earl himself Alex Mount Charles might be there to give you the tour.

A stay at Slane Farm will leave you relaxed, rejuvenated and in High Spirits for an onward journey.
