Slane Farm Hostel

Run by Joanne and Paddy Macken, Slane Farm Hostel is situated on a working farm which is home to suckler cows, their calves, and sheep. Some horses are also kept, mainly for leisure.

Guests will be greeted at all times by a member of the family, all of whom are very familiar with the daily activities of the farm.

As a guest of the hostel you'll find more than a comfortable bed awaiting you. You will be heartily encouraged to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of rural Ireland. The farm's picturesque landscape is ideal for walking - it even has a few ruins and a fairy fort for the curious to explore.
